The CAPITOL building at Hohenzollernring (constructed in 1954) was the best-known cinema in Cologne.
In the late 1990s, it became famous throughout Germany as the production studio for “The Harald Schmidt Show” and “TV Total”. Following the redevelopment of the former cinema and studio space into premium retail space, as well as the complete renovation and upgrade of the office spaces, the property has become one of the premier addresses on the Cologne ring.
