PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG is an owner-run corporate group with divisions in INVESTMENT, DEVELOPMENT and ASSET MANAGEMENT.
PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG invests primarily in existing properties with optimization potential and located in German cities. It aims to reposition these before placing them back on the market.

The PROXIMUS INVEST GmbH division develops and structures property investment products for institutional investors.
Its activities include joint ventures in the form of real estate developments or refurbishments, and direct or indirect investment opportunities for end-investors in regulated investment products, together with an external capital management company. PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG also participates as a co-investor in joint ventures or club deals.
The group currently manages real estate assets, including strategic participations, with a combined value of approximately 3 billion euros.
The DEVELOPMENT division creates economically and ecologically sustainable real estate products, primarily in the domain of existing properties that have optimization potential.
Alongside repositioning, commercial property redevelopment is also a core activity.
PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG is a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).

PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH manages the company’s own investments as well as third-party property ventures throughout the country, working with, for example, institutional investors, banks and insolvency administrators.
By offering active owner representation, PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH supports clients at every stage along the value chain.
The range of services provided therefore includes preparing investment strategies, coordinating due diligence processes, portfolio management, and rental and transaction management of properties.
