PROXIMUS INVESTMENT dept. structures and develops real estate investment products primarily for institutional and semi-institutional investors.

Joint ventures encompass a range of options varying from real estate developments or refurbishments to direct or indirect investment opportunities for end-investors.

In addition PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG also undertakes investments as a co-investor in form of joint venture structures or club deals.

The PROXIMUS GROUP and their affiliated strategic shareholdings manage a nationwide portfolio with a consolidated value of € 1.7 billion.

DEVELOPMENT

The PROXIMUS DEVELOPMENT dept. focusses on generating economically and ecologically sustainable real estate products primarily out of existing properties with optimization potential. In addition to the repositioning strategy a further key aspect is the redevelopment of commercial properties.

The PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG is a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).

ASSET MANAGEMENT

The PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH is a PROXIMUS REAL ESTATE AG company with its headquarter in Cologne and offices in Berlin. It administers both own investments as well as third-party real estate assets. This also includes the management of properties under the ownership of institutional investors, banks or insolvency administrators.

PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH is working along the whole value chain to permanently meet and exceed the requirements of its clients proactively. Services range from developing robust investment strategies to coordination of due diligence processes and portfolio management to the management of rental and transaction related matters.

At this PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH focuses to substantially reposition distressed real estate assets, in particular commercial properties with low occupancy rates. PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT GMBH optimises these assets and, after successful restructuring, returns them to the market.
